Love Toti’s first public community event was a resounding success, demonstrating the power of partnership and collective effort. On November 2nd and 16th, Love Toti, along with Sapphire Coast Tourism, Toti Conservancy, and eThekwini Municipality, rallied together to rehabilitate the Promenade at the corner of Link and Beach Road in Amanzimtoti.
The event not only beautified one of the town’s most visible areas but also fostered a strong sense of community. Volunteers, including local businesses and residents, came together to clear away rubble, plant greenery, and generally uplift the area. This effort was supported by significant contributions, including gardening tools from Seabreeze Hardware and essential plants from Toti Conservancy.

The enthusiasm and engagement from the community were heartwarming, with many passersby stopping to lend a hand or share their appreciation. The successful cleanup culminated with the planting of donated plants, wrapping up the initiative on a high note with promises of continued community effort to maintain and enhance the local environment.
Love Toti is grateful for the overwhelming support and looks forward to future projects that will continue to inspire positive change in Amanzimtoti.
