Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the #UbuntuAtYourTable campaign, organised by Love Cities NPC. By registering to host a table, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- The campaign is open to all individuals, community groups, businesses, and organisations.
- Participants must be 18 years or older. Those under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Registration
- To host a table, you must complete the registration form on the Love Cities website, providing accurate and complete information.
- You may host a private, public, or corporate table.
- Upon registration, you will receive a digital toolkit via email containing resources such as event posters, invitations, and social media graphics.
3. Hosting Responsibilities
- As a host, you are responsible for organising and managing your table, including inviting guests, arranging food, and ensuring the safety of all attendees.
- Public table hosts must ensure that their event complies with all applicable local laws, venue rules, and safety regulations.
- Alcohol service (if applicable) must comply with local licensing laws.
4. Use of Toolkit Materials
- The provided digital toolkit is for your personal use in promoting and hosting your #UbuntuAtYourTable event.
- You may not alter or sell the materials for profit.
5. Content Sharing
- By participating, you are encouraged to share photos, videos, and stories from your table using the official hashtag #UbuntuAtYourTable.
- By tagging or submitting content to Love Cities or Inscape, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and share your content for campaign promotion.
6. Disclaimer
- Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
- Love Cities NPC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation.
7. Changes and Cancellation
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms, modify the campaign, or cancel the event if necessary.
- Any significant changes will be communicated via email and/or the Love Cities website.

1. Purpose
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you register for the #UbuntuAtYourTable campaign.

- Public table details may be shared on our website and social media, only if you opt in.

- Your information will be stored securely in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
